If you have purchased multiple items, and one item may be out of stock, your order may be sent out in multiple shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

We currently only offer returns & exchanges for incorrect or damaged orders so please make sure to read the item descriptions and sizing information before placing an order. If you do so happen to find yourself with an imperfect order, please contact us as soon as possible (best within 14 days of receiving your order) so we can resolve the issue as fast as we can. All inquiries for returns & exchanges should be sent to info@jujutheshop.com with name, order # and a short reason for the return. As we continue to grow, our “returns & exchanges” policy will evolve to help guarantee a pleasant shopping experience.
